In April 2016, Wanlian’s 2.8 m wide corrugated board production line was installed and put into production in Foshan Jinliao Paper Industry Co., Ltd. In June 2016, Wanlian’s 2.5 wide smart energy-saving paper board production line was smoothly put into production in Tianjin Hengtai Packaging Factory and became the first large-width, high-speed and state-of-the-art paper board production line in Northern China.

The Paper Board Production Line, Things You Don’t Know
In 2011, the first 1.6 m corrugated board production line of Guangdong Wanlian was built with a design speed of 200 m per min and a production speed of 170 m per min. In 2016, the company’s 2.8 m smart five-layer corrugated board production line was developed successfully, with a design speed of 300 m per min and a production speed of 270 m per min. Sticking to “High Quality, High Requirements and High Standard” as the product motto, Wanlian has an industry-leading independent R&D center to research and develop various equipment necessary for corrugated board production line customers. On June 16, 2016, at the opening ceremony of Tianjin Hengtai Packaging Printing Co., Ltd., a new factory of Tianjin Baide Paper Industry, more than 300 people such as equipment suppliers from the industry, colleagues of the corrugated factory and industry media witnessed a historical moment in the development of Baide Paper Industry. Guangdong Wanlian WL-C250-25D type energy-efficient false seven-layer corrugated board production line purchased by Tianjin Hengtai Packaging Printing Co., Ltd. is 2.5 wide, with a design production speed of 300 m per min and a production speed of 230-250 m per min. It is provided with a SFP30-2500 type cartridge quick-changing single-sided corrugated machine. The machine adopts the modular design concept, which is convenient for maintenance and part updates. It adopts the pressurization of external suction to ensure the core paper is under even pressure, with easier and quicker paper placement, easier sealing and energy saving. It uses the German PLC controller and is provided with standard industrial Ethernet interface to connect with an industrial 3G router, realizing remote wireless monitoring and maintenance. The whole machine adopts frequency conversion, or full servo drive, to ensure the machine’s quick operation speed response and energy–efficiency. The gap between rollers is more accurate, and the production quality of paper board is more stable. As the corrugated board production line is stable, fast, energy-efficient, smart, and has excellent performance, it yielded brilliant results at the opening ceremony of Hengtai and was highly praised by the visitors.
